I had a black T007 cartridge, brand new, that my new Epson 1280 would not recognize. I found the Epson black cartridge with 
no problems. Called MIS this morning, very friendly; said to take the chip off the Epson cartridge and put it on the MIS. Now 
works fine. So tomorrow a.m., I'm calling and asking them to send a second cartridge that they know is good. Give them a call 
on the 800 number.
