Bill, have you saved the thickness of your PhotoRag as one of the paper pre-sets? Unless it's the thin one, it will be radically heavier than EAM and could be a cause for misalignment of sorts. I've heard of issues with high temp/humidity, and I wonder if you have tested specifically for that (i.e. tested if a/c makes a difference). And, you are sure, air in the lines is not a possibility? Is it always the same ink? Have you tried the heavier "mainenance" cleanings?
