Go to http://nomorecarts.com/News.html and to http://nomorecarts.com/CIS_Approved_Resellers.html to see how to get a real NoMoreCarts Continuous Inking System (CIS) from one of their few distributors. For example http://www.inkjetart.com/cis/Ordering.html which pays the shipping (but when I got my CISes, the acrylic-stand accessories were less expensive at InkSupply.com). My impression is that some of the retailers NoMoreCarts previously authorized to sell their CIS (sometimes under other names) failed to meet NoMoreCarts' customer-service standards. Having been cut off by NoMoreCarts from _the_ CIS, they are now selling some other continuous inking system (cis) of unknown origin. And, of course, claimed superiority, as a result of being new and improved. I think that amounts to some modification of the acrylic arm which supports the tubes which connect the bottles of ink to the carts. The original arm sometimes begins to droop after a while. One of mine did, and I found it easy to jury-rig a fix of sorts. Since then I've seen Moreno Polloni's post about a superior fix using "3MT Dual LockT Low Profile Reclosable Fasteners" and Martin Wesley's post about buying it at http://www.itapestore.com/Fasteners_Price_List.htm where it's about $5/yard (a lifetime supply), which seems to me the way to go if necessary. But if I wanted a NoMoreCarts CIS with a modified arm, I would look at the one offered by InkJetGoodies at http://inkjetgoodies.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=CTGY&Store_Code= IG&Category_Code=CISG as a "bulk feed system". InkJetGoodies.com also pays the shipping. Aren't the Luminos inks and papers also re-branded, at a mark-up, Lyson inks and papers? Both InkJetArt and InkJetGoodies also sell both of those.
