Bill- Steve was understating your problem...pigment inks are horrible on glossy paper...spraying helps, but not an easy solution. If you really want glossy, you should be using a dye ink like Lyson Small Gamut. I think everyone would agree that FS inks are fantastic for matte art papers. You might want to search the archives here for some threads on spraying...there are a few real experts on overcoating here.
