As we say down South, Epson may end up with a pig in a poke over this 2100/2200 gray balancer. Epson USA through their consultants are telling us the GB is the "software from hell." Yet on other forums people in the US that have used it are saying it's not that hard to understand and it is a nice feature to have. As long as these reports keep coming - and I suspect they will for awhile - the fans will be kept flamed and people will want it and be torked off that it doesn't come with the 2200. Quite frankly Epson seems to have steeped in it on this issue and IMO they deserve all the aggravation and negative publicity. There seem ready to string Epson up over at Dpreview.
