IP4 gurus, please help ;-)

Colleagues,
I´m in a jam, perhaps someone of the IP4 experts can help me
(at least I hope so).
For a show, which will be opened Sept 6th, I have to print some
large format b&w images (about 60x80 cm) on a 7500 printer.
I have had very bad luck with this printer and MIS FS and MIS VM
inks. The MIS VMs were posterizing a lot and the MIS FS inks
have been clogging a lot. I even had to change print heads twice.
In the moment the Epson OEM inks are installed and I have no
problems in printing my color work.
But I have to change the inks to print b&w again.
I have six carts with the new piezotones at hand, but I´ve no
piezo24 driver for the 7500 - and I´m not sure if I can print those
inks with my IP4 driver, (BTW it worked great with MIS FS until the
clogs appeared).
So the question is: shall I try to print the new piezotones using
the old piezo IP4 profiles ore are there profiles for the new
piezotones available, which I may try (maybe ß-versions).
Alternatively I have a lot of spared "old" piezoBW ink for my
3000. I could put it into my 7500 doubling two of the carts (M and
C). I heard that in the old Cone hexatone system light M and light
C are simply doubled standard M and C - anybody knows if this
is true?
This way I could print the old piezo inks with my IP4 driver.
Any recommendation highly appreciated.
Thank you very much.
Bernd
