Vinny, I read your post and that one left me pretty stumped. I hoped someone else would pick it up. Have you tried this with other images or did this just happen with the one file? If it is just the one file than I would have to mark it up to coincidence that it printed well without a separation curve. Printing with or without a curve is definitely going to change the look of a print because the curve is manipulating the file data so that the Epson driver will use the different inks in different tonal ranges than it normally would.
