Jerry, The original method of filling a CIS was by putting an empty syringe in through the exit port seal and pulling ink out of the bottles, through the tube and into the cart. MIS has a little plastic adapter just for this. I have had to do it a couple of times when I lost vacuum. You can also go ahead and try pulling a vacuum again. You will get a whole of ink into the vacuum pump but it can be cleaned up.
