I was going to say that the people who have shown you their output must be doing something wrong, but if you also think that the piezo driver output is not smooth and clean I don't know what to say. I never had any issues with the tonality, smoothness, or sharpness of the piezo output, just with the paper handling of the 3000 and the cost of setting up a 7000 with the piezopro. There must be some completely other level of smoothness that I haven't yet seen or something. I'm going to post and idea I have for a print exchange and would be very interested in seeing some output if you would contribute it.
