The licensed per printer is an issue that needs clarified before I would invest. What if I change printers, e.g. get a used 1280 and then decide to buy a 2200. Does the license go with the original printer and I need to buy a new license or can I get the license transferred? I know what they are trying to do with this approach, keep people from using a single license for multiple printer configurations. However, they way the are trying to accomplish this seems a bit customer unfriendly. The serious amature market for their product is different from the professional market.
