Digital BW, The Print

Because the inks it uses are highly, unpleasantly, variable in color tone 
under different light sources, and the driver fix that reduces that 
variability somewhat also reduces image quality in the process. If you wish 
to use a 2000p for B&W you will need a special inkset of one kind or another, 
at which point a printer like the 1280 would be faster and cheaper.
