You probably understood where my clog was occuring but just to clarify... its the ink in the line that is drying, not the head that is clogging. I don't see what a 90 bend has to do with it. The line drys out and therfore the head can't spray ink with a vacuum in the line. Clear out the line and it immediatly works great. In the past I've never had this problem. Just the last 2 systems I had on this machine. Although I admit that 6 months is way to long, I would not expect dryed ink in the line at 2 weeks. I need to stay on top of the printing to keep this system running, but problems at 2 weeks I would expect a warning from MIS about the potential of this issue. Dave
