What are your color management policies set to in photoshop? It 
could be possible that photoshop is assigning a visual profile or 
the working space is changing the appearance (not data) of the 
image.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
