No, a number of us have tried, and most think the results are just not up to
what a "quad" system can produce.  Some like the grainy effect of black only
printing, but I don't.

I once thought I had my color pigment inkset balanced well enough to
succeed.  However, the colors shifted and the prints looked awful within
months of printing.  The eye is just incredibly sensitive to very slight
color variations with neutral B&W prints.
