Yes, although I don't really know what the MIS problem is since I'm assuming after the clog clears it again prints for awhile. My MIS filled cart just plain old ran out of y ink before the chip registered "out" and stayed not printing. Assuming there is no problem with the bulk ink or the virgin carts themselves, my next guess would be that they didn't get a good vacuum seal when pulling in the ink- when I did this myself, I and others found that not tightening the needle in the luer-lok syringe end was the culprit. This would introduce a lot of bubbly ink into the cart- and a situation where the cart cuts out for periods. Could be a lot of other things causing problems as well, who knows?
