I just scanned the papers on a flat-bed, with lowered exposure setting, used levels to accentuate the differences. Here is what I found: New paper: R/G/B = 188/188/173 (definitely blue-deficient) Old paper: R/G/B = 189/189/189 (dead-neutral!) It does not seem to be brightner problem. Both papers glow just as much, visually under black light. What's up? Arghhh.
