Well, being the thinker of thoughts (many impractical as this one probably is...) I jump to the most logical way to build what is basically a REAL database. If someone had the experience and a website that we could use, then by using open-source code like MySQL would be the way to go. It would be sitting on a site where anyone could update it through entry fields, and no one would have to maintain it after the initial input. It would be (almost) infinitely expandable...There could be a spot for personnal opinion input (ie Amazon style) about each paper/ink etc. All we need is someone to do it. Hah! There's the catch! Anyway my CS brain was working, and really this would be the way to go.
