BTW note what happens in the Yahoo database I set up when you put a very long string for URL, or many lines of comments. Not a pretty picture. So, I don't know what the easiest cheapest way to go is - tables in Word? Excel? I agree that a common place for users to add their info and comments is a very good way to go. Besides I can't promise to make updating my paper database a full time job.... Antonis
