Digital BW, The Print

I just had a similar experience.  I shipped some prints through Mail Boxes, 
etc. and they warned me that the value of the prints would not be covered by 
UPS.  I was told to ship them Fedex because I would be covered.  Fortunately, 
they arrived safely.
