Jerry,

Depending on how the author codes the HTML for the page, adjusting the 
font in IE may or may not work. In this case, I looked at it with IE on 
a PC, and telling IE to make the font size bigger didn't actually do 
anything. Cut-and-paste into a Word or other document is your only hope 
at that point.

You may want to try Mozilla, which is the open source version of what is 
now the Netscape browser. It has a text-zoom feature whiched worked 
quite well on this particular page (not that I needed it ;-).

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
