Digital BW, The Print

As I was washing out the syringe from filling a cart with the MediaStreet Generations 4 Black ( in a glass of water ) I noted a very distinct purple coloration to the ink. When I did the same to the MIS FS Black, I observed the typical slight yellow of a pure carbon ink. 

Does any of that Purple show in the printed Gen4 black ink ???
