Of course, I had heard that some folks frown on these, aparently 
contending that the larger diameter of the MIS Rivets deform the seal.

This is second hand from reading off this list, and quite some time 
ago. Or I could just not have read the posts right. I have used the 
MIS rivits, but not for extended periods, with no problems.

With six cart sets at stake, I'd prefer to leave it no more strongly 
worded than that- maybe your doing a search is in order.

I used to work with plastics many many years ago and the word "Delrin" 
(TM) comes floating out of the past as if in a movie starring Dustin 
Hoffman and a leggy Anne Bancroft...<g>

Delrin wouldn't be attacked like plexi by the ink.
