When I decommissioned my 1200 NoMoreCarts CIS after 14 months to reuse parts for one on my 1280's I found very heavy build up in the lines. Worst was the black of course with some in the gray lines as well. Nothing in the Y line. As we have discussed before it would be prudent to replace the CIS cartridges and clean the lines and bottles on a regular basis. The frequency I am not sure of. At least once a year perhaps. Maybe every 6 months. It may depend upon usage and local conditions. Martin Wesley (snip)
