Randy, I assume you have the "Enhanced" black ink, (Which used to be the beta black) along with your color generations?

I've only printed on the paper with the mis hextones and the MIS archival pigments, along with the generations beta black. I've heard from people who
know that the two inksets are practically identical, and compatible if you mix them. The Generations 4th version yellow is lighter than the MIS
yellow, other than that I can see no difference in prints at all from either set.

Blacks seem just fine on eclipse paper. Give it a try, it's not too expensive in the letter size. Its $21 for 25 sheets of lettersize in the 300 GSM
weight, and $16.95 for the 190 gsm weight. They say its 100 percent cotton rage, pH neutral, and good for dyes AND pigment.

Having used both mis and generations inks, I honestly don't see much difference in the prints. Since I've profiled my printer, the quality of the
prints are excellent.

Try it! You'll Like it!
