Frank;

Bless Paul... but I think the problem is in his curves. I had some
studio portraits that I printed on a 1280 with VM inks and Paul's
curves. The resulting prints where hopelessly posterized... not matter
what paper I printed them on. I spent time looking at my histograms and
even thought that perhaps my scans where flawed. Other images like
landscapes printed just fine with this setup. In another turn of events
I tried printing the exact same portrait files with Lyson SG inks...
using the same 1280 via the Epson driver, no partitioned curves needed
with this setup and low and behold Absolutely NO posterization!
