wipe out your printer with a damp paper towel, it's caused from blobs of ink in the printer. You may have to do the windex paper towel trick, send the printheads to the left side of the printer, unplug the printer, and put a 1x12 inch paper towel (fold it over and over on itself) in the trough and drag the print heads over it. This plus wiping out the printer, plus a couple head cleanings should do the trick.
