Holinger Corp does boxes for Museums, custom and standard. Same thickness as Light Impressions and I think a tiny bit cheaper even for custom. Check that out. and you get to choose the style, which side drops down if any, etc. Your limited by Light Impressions. Also you have four materials to choose from, with two colors.
