Todd, I just made the prints. If you don't look at them side by side, the Eclipse looks great, just like the EAM and Epson Watercolor. When you put all three side by side, Its an odd sight. The eclipse paper is so much whiter than the Epson papers, it looks like they have the same deep black. When you look closely, the Epson Watercolor and Archival are the tiniest bit blacker, but the papers are ivory in comparison to Eclipse, so the Eclipse looks like a nicer print. I guess you pays your money and takes your choice! Jerry Torchon paper has good blacks, but I'm now experiencing an unacceptable scuffing with this paper. You have to handle it VERY carefully, the big texture highs and lows tend to rub off when you shuffle prints. I guess there is no such thing as an ideal paper.
