I would agree with the other responses. I have had one or two mistakes on
shipments and they were very gracious about making the corrections. As a
result I am very cautious about having plenty of ink in stock - I build in a
little extra time for possible re-shipments. But all in all I love the
product and the people have always been very nice and professional.
