Peter,

Same symptoms here about 6 months ago.  Went to NMC, they advised new
carts, under warantee :-), replaced in 10 minutes, working ever
since...Knock on wood.  Seems the filters in the carts get clogged.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
