Ed, Some people have managed to get bent tines back in place with tweezers and a gentle touch. There is a picture of some repaired tines in folder: Files > Printers and ink carts On the group's homepage. Also do an archive search for posts from Tiger Shark who was doing some research on this. I believe he had found a supplier for the connector sockets.
