Thanks for your detailed reply.

I went and looked at the R9, but it looked like just the Cone SW that
I already have for my 3000, didn't list the larger printers.

The 7500 owner is asking $2000 without stand which I think is high,
since a new 7600 is only 50% more.

Do you know what's up with the RIP? Will it work? I thought that there
was a special one for the lagre format printers.
