I cannot recall anyone on this list ever mentioning flaking on PhotoRag. I have had terrible problems with it lately but only on 13x19. Then, I wasn't certain whether or not I had brushed each of the flaking sheets. It is very discouraging. Mark, I assume you are using it in rolls, and therefore not brushing.
