Jerry- That is the one...and I was outraged at his first response...I cancelled my subscription...but he was so eager to follow up and explain his view and how reasonable he was... I subscribed again. This is a guy who really cares. He is going to be swept up in the digital change, but he is holding out for reasons of his own.
