Digital BW, The Print

Peter, I don't know the answer, but the 1280 has much smaller dots in
light areas than the 1280 at 1440. At 2880 you'd have to use a loupe to
see any dots at all, It is truly photographic.  Paul's curves are
intended to help eliminate the dots in the 1160, so if you are using
them, they wouldn't be as bad as they would be in a print without his
curves. Black only ink can give very nice results at 2880 on EAM on the
1280. You still have to look long and hard to find any dots at that resolution.
