White Matte -- I would try Eclipse Satine (it's a true white - although 
I personally prefer Crane Museo's off-white with many of my own color

Lustre -- Ilford Galerie Pearl or MediaStreet's Generations Lustre Media 
 (they have a Pro Photo Trial Pak)

There are also NEW pigment compatible RC lustre and glossy papers from 
Oriental Seagull:

They looked good coming out of a 2000P at PhotoExpo East...
 
Dunno how the above each work in the 2100/2200, but these papers would 
be my starting point..
