Digital BW, The Print

I too never quite could master the pen switch...of course, I've never held
my pencil "correctly". Would end up clicking when I didn't want to, etc.
Fortunately, you can completely disable the switch in the driver, and if
necessary double-click by tapping the pen tip twice quickly on the pad.
