Digital BW, The Print

For whatever this is worth I will repeat what was just told to me by an Epson authorized service tech. here in NJ.

I seem to have lost full use of the cyan position (MIS-VM) although I do get decent nozzle checks etc.He told me to forget about Windex, ammonia etc. even though he knows that I use pigs. I already told him that I've been trying the *accepted* methods. He said stop! Use very hot water on the paper towel even though I do use carbon pigments. VERY hot water. He said if that doesn't work we can then talk about a new head. He believes it should clean the nozzles! Seems like a nice cheap approach....if it works. He believes the hot water should do the job. Hope so.
