I was beginning to think that maybe there *are* such things as dumb questions ;-) Under PS 5.5, at least in the version I can use, I only have the options under <print> to 1) choose a color space that Photoshop will convert the image to before the file data is sent to the printer or 2) either choose printer color management or not. According to PS 5.5 help, if checked, this "instruct[s] the printer to convert the file data to the printer's color space." So if I understand this, it looks like if I leave that unchecked it just might be the same as choosing "same as source." Boy, I've a lot to learn!
