Digital BW, The Print

Has anyone had experience using monitor calibration pucks/software 
with the Apple eMac? Or used it for image processing or for printing? 
With a 17" flat CRT screen and G4 processor, sounds like it should 
make a decent Photoshop box/printer driver, but I've seen no mention 
of it in the forums.

Don't know if I should recommend it to my students on a budget.
