Yep...It really seems associated with the head movement, and only in 
one direction (away from Park).  Kinda like the wobbly wheel on a 
grocery cart - mildly annoying but not broken.

I would prefer to use a dry lube and think a trip to True Value might 
produce something to use.  Reason being is the bar, if using any 
oils, would accumulate paper dust over time and add friction (I 
presume).
