Jerry, if you will send it U.S. certified mail, return receipt requested, it will be much faster (in post office years) and still require a receipt signature (unless they decline it). Registered mail will require a postmark at every stop along the way, and will basically take forever to get there. If there are no jurisdiction problems and you get an award in small claims court, you still have to collect the award, a separate procedure. It might be easier just to send someone out with a baseball bat to work them over. Just kidding.
