MA has a "long arm" statute in such that I can sue a company in MA that does
business in MA...which means, at least in MA, there are no jurisdictional
issues.

In MA, if a company has an outstanding judgment against them, and defaults
on remedy they are in contempt of court and they can be prohibited from
doing business in this state.
