Digital BW, The Print

Actually all of the systems we're discussing have proprietary 
pages that are inkjet-printable. I'm sure there would be ways to 
use your own papers with post-bound albums also, but it would 
be a little tricky to be sure that the hinges worked correctly. 

After I try the Kolo pages I'll see about using Eclipse and 
punching/scoring it myself. It's hard to know how it will work, but 
I'll give a full report in a few days :)
