Digital BW, The Print

2 Cyan, 10 Magenta and 20 yellow should get you really close (in
photoshop color balance.)

What you start with is immaterial.

Epson Driver:  

Photo inkjet quality media setting
error diffusion ON
High speed OFF
I'm using my torchon /epson profile, but you can start with the generic
RGB profile and tweak from there. Use Perceptual Rendering intent. I use
no color adjustment, because I'm using a profile.

Sepia tones aren't nearly as critical as black and white prints.
