I'll cut a piece of foamcore at work this afternoon and see if that solves the problem. In the mean time, can anyone give me a brief description of the mechanics of the paper feeding process that would help me understand why lighter weight paper feeds without issue while the stiffer and heavier paper causes such problems? It's always good to know how in addition to why.
