Well, I just put everything together the way it way. ran a few cleaning cycles, got good nozzle checks, then printed about five purge test patterns. There is a lot of air in the lines but it seems to be printing OK. And, the ink is flowing through the tubes. The problem may be there there is too much air and not enough ink in the carts. Only time will tell. At least it's working now. I'll just see how this works. If it doesn't I'll get new carts and start over. This time I won't make the mistakes I did the first time.
