Thank for the responses to my question.  Although I wanted 
recommendations for "grain free" scans, I owe it to myself to try out 
(no opun intended) Tri-X.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
