Re: [Digital BW] Filling virgin carts

2003-01-18 by Kevin Gulstene

Clamp what tight? I'm really hoping I haven't missed a joke here.

I have a 1200 that I am trying to fill using the the vacuum pump
assembly and sharp needle from MIS. After filling the ink chamber
(c,Pc,m,Pm,Y) for the color cart there is a little round hard rubber
ball that is put into the hole in the cart that the vacuum assembly was
place in.

So my question is, after filling the cart do you need to ensure each
color chamber is sealed? Does a piece of tape suffice for sealing each
chamber of the cart.

Thanks,
