You will probably have to change the dampers, the pieces that run between the cart an the head, on those colors that are so badly clogged. A 7500 service manual will tell you how to do this. (You can find them at http://www.nighthawksolutions.com/manuals.htm) They function basically the same way the sponges do in a cart providing filtration and limiting flow to the head. A couple of posts on the 9000 list indicated that you could zap an old clog in a damper by putting it in the microwave for no more than a few seconds (8-10 sec. Max). This is purely second-hand info - I have never tried it so caveat emptor - your mileage may vary. Join the 9000 list. You'll need it. While these are much better built beasts than the desktop units they still need a lot of finicky EXPENSIVE maintenance.
